How long are the sessions and what time do they start?
Sessions start at 7 PM Eastern time (which is 4:00 PM Pacific (PT), 5:00 PM Mountain (MT), 6:00 PM Central (CT)). Each daily session will last approximately 90 minutes.
I don't know anything about these technologies. Is it for me?
