TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Please READ carefully. By accepting this refinancing arrangement, the following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are entered into by The Cloud Bootcamp LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and You (“Client” or “You”).
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that this is not a new purchase, but rather a refinancing of an outstanding balance from your original purchase. You further acknowledge that all original Terms & Conditions of your initial purchase, including but not limited to the refund policy, cancellation terms, and payment obligations, remain in full effect, except where explicitly modified by this Agreement.
This Agreement does not reinstate any previously expired or exhausted refund rights, including any money-back guarantee. Any terms not modified by this Agreement remain active and enforceable as stated in the original agreement.
PROGRAM/SERVICE & EXTENDED ACCESS
This Agreement pertains to the refinancing of your outstanding balance related to your prior purchase of the “MultiCloud Bootcamp®️” (herein referred to as “Program”). The terms outlined in your original agreement regarding program access, service entitlements, and limitations remain unchanged, except for the access extension outlined below.
EXTENDED ACCESS OFFER:
As a courtesy and incentive for completing this refinancing agreement, the Company agrees to provide an additional 12 months of program access beyond the originally agreed access period.
Conditions of Extended Access:
- The 12-month extended access period will begin on the date of full payment of the refinanced balance or on the date of the first installment payment if the customer opts for a payment plan.
- If the customer is on a payment plan, access will remain active as long as all payments are made on time.
- If a payment fails, access will be immediately suspended until the overdue payment is successfully processed.
- Once the 12-month extended access period expires, no further extensions will be granted, and access to the Program will be permanently terminated.
- This refinancing does not create a new enrollment, and no additional services, bonuses, or entitlements beyond what is explicitly mentioned are granted as part of this arrangement.
REFINANCING TERMS & PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
- Outstanding Balance: This Agreement restructures the remaining balance of your original purchase into a revised payment plan.
- Payment Commitment: You agree to fulfill the revised payment obligations as set forth in this Agreement, regardless of whether you continue to access the Program.
- Active Access During Payments: If you opt for installment payments of the outstanding balance, your access to the Program will remain active as long as payments are made on time. If any payment fails, your access will be immediately deactivated until a valid payment method is provided and the due payment is successfully processed.
- Access Reinstatement: Access will only be reinstated after full payment of any outstanding balance or a successful installment payment if the customer is on a payment plan.
- Non-Cancelable Agreement: Once agreed, this refinancing plan cannot be canceled, and all outstanding payments must be completed.
- No Refunds or Chargebacks: As this is a restructuring of an existing debt, you are not eligible for any refund, chargeback, or dispute resolution through your payment provider, as the refund period from the original purchase has expired.
This Agreement modifies only the payment structure and access duration of the original Terms & Conditions. All other terms remain active and enforceable as stated in the original agreement.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF AGREEMENT
By proceeding with this refinancing arrangement, you confirm that:
1. You understand this is not a new purchase, but rather a modification of your payment terms for the original agreement.
2. You acknowledge that all original Terms & Conditions, including refund restrictions, remain in full force.
3. You waive any right to claim a new refund period, money-back guarantee, or cancellation option under this refinancing plan.
4. You understand that the extended access period is only available upon full completion of payments and does not alter the terms of the original agreement.
5. You acknowledge that once the 12-month extended access period expires, no further extensions will be granted, and access to the Program will be permanently terminated.
