TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Please READ carefully. By purchasing this product, the following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are entered into by The Cloud Bootcamp LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) and You (“Client” or “You”), and You agree to the following terms stated herein. The Company and You may be referred to collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
PROGRAM/SERVICE
The Company agrees to provide access to the live event titled “AI Cloud Workshop” (herein referred to as “Program”) as outlined on the official event registration page.
The event date, time, access link, and agenda are outlined on the official registration page, which is considered an integral part of this Agreement.
This is a hands-on, 90-minute live workshop where participants will build and deploy an AI-powered cloud project from scratch. The program covers environment setup, AI API integration, cloud deployment on AWS, testing and optimization, and next steps for career and portfolio readiness. A working project and live demo URL are expected outcomes. During the final minutes of the event, participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions in a dedicated Q&A session.
Participants will also receive a Certificate of Participation, provided they fulfill all eligibility requirements.
A replay of the event will be available for 7 (seven) calendar days after the event date. Your access is personal, non-transferable, and must not be shared. Unauthorized sharing may result in revoked access without refund.
This Program does not include ongoing personalized support, consulting, or future coaching sessions beyond what is explicitly listed.
PARTICIPANTS
This Program is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. Some content may not be suitable for minors, and the Company disclaims all liability for use by individuals under the age of 18.
FEES
In consideration for Your access to the Program, You agree to pay a one-time fee of $27.00 (USD) at the time of registration.
All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). International participants are responsible for any currency conversion or banking fees imposed by their financial institution.
PAYMENT METHODS
By paying with a debit card, credit card, or any other accepted payment method, You authorize the Company to charge the selected method for the amount stated above. You also consent to the sharing of necessary payment information with third-party payment processors solely for transaction completion.
If Your payment is declined or fails, access to the Program will not be granted until the transaction is successfully completed.
REFUND POLICY
We stand behind the value of the Program and want you to be fully satisfied. If you attend the workshop, actively follow along with the build, and do not leave with a working AI project and live demo link that you’re genuinely proud to show your manager, you may request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request via email to hello@thecloudbootcamp.com within 1 (one) calendar day following the event. For example, if the workshop takes place on July 14th, the refund request must be received by July 15th.
No refund requests will be accepted after this deadline under any circumstances. After this period, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
NO CHARGEBACK POLICY
By completing your purchase, You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal with Your bank or card provider. Disputes must be resolved directly with the Company. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in revoked access and may be reported to relevant financial institutions and fraud databases.
CONDUCT AND CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree to behave respectfully toward the Company, its representatives, and fellow participants. You must not share, copy, or distribute any proprietary materials, links, or content related to the Program. Violations may result in permanent loss of access without refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Program content—including but not limited to text, slides, audio, and video—is the intellectual property of The Cloud Bootcamp LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You receive a non-transferable, limited license for personal use only.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Your information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
USE OF IMAGE AND VOICE
By participating in the live event hosted via Zoom or similar platforms, You expressly authorize the Company to capture and use Your image, voice, name, and testimonials (written or recorded), free of charge, irrevocably and without restriction, for promotional, institutional, or commercial purposes, including use on websites, social media, and marketing materials.
If You do not wish Your image or name to be displayed, You should keep Your camera and microphone turned off and refrain from participating in any way that reveals Your voice, name, or image.
SECURITY
While we take reasonable measures to protect Your data, no online transmission is completely secure. By submitting Your information, You accept this risk and assume full responsibility.
ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without prior written consent from the Company.
MODIFICATIONS
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any updates will be published on our website.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to revoke Your access to the Program, without refund, in the event of a breach of these Terms or disruption of the experience for other participants.
EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
This site and the products offered are not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or certified by Facebook.
Every effort has been made to accurately represent the educational value of the Program.
However, we do not guarantee any financial outcomes. The figures and examples shown are exceptional results and not average. Outcomes depend on various factors including but not limited to Your effort, experience, financial condition, education, and market changes.
The fields of Cloud Computing, DevOps, and Artificial Intelligence carry inherent risks. Use of the information is solely at Your own risk.
By continuing to use our website and access our content, You acknowledge that the Company is not responsible for any decisions made based on the content provided. Examples and income representations can be verified upon request.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orlando, Florida.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND ACCEPTANCE
By clicking “Purchase,” “Enroll,” “Pay Now,” or any similar button, or by submitting Your payment information, You provide Your electronic signature and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
